How we use the details you provide when requesting a quotation or contacting our team.
Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, moving addresses, preferred dates and the details you provide about your move.
How we use it
We use this information to acknowledge and respond to your enquiry, assess and provide a quotation, plan services you ask us to provide, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use quote details for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and customer records are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including accounting, insurance and legal requirements.
Who receives it
Quote notifications are sent to Agincourt Removals and a monitored backup mailbox. Information is available to authorised staff and service providers who support our hosting and email systems where necessary. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Website security and measurement
The quote form uses a temporary session cookie for security, spam prevention and retaining your entries if submission fails. It does not currently use advertising cookies. Basic conversion-event hooks are built into the website but do not send information to an analytics provider unless a consent-aware analytics service is configured.
